First of all, you need a Google account(Gmail) to sign up
for Adsense programme

You must have a website or Youtube account and
atleast 4 unique video self created or recorded do not use other website
‘s video or content

You must be above the age of 18

If you have no website , you can create a blog free on
blogger.com Google has its own blogging service (http://www.blogger.com/). You
can start a blog on Blogger.com with any topics you like - and it is completely
free. Once your blog is created, post two or more related articles on it. Wait
for a day and then you can apply your blog for an Adsense account.

Go to Adsense page & provide details
about yourself and submit

Now, you will have to wait for the approval from google
adsense team.
Once your request will be
approved by Google Adsense team , you will receive an email from them about
your approvel. Now you can sign in into adsens page and create ads of
different sizes and layouts.
